Pets (cats/dogs) are prohibited except within the community's restrictions and with management's written approval. There is a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee for each pet, not to exceed two pets. Also, pet rent of $10 is due on the 1st day of every calendar month after that. Canine breed restrictions include but may not be limited to the following: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of those listed. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community. Applicants are required to complete a Pet Screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals prior to final application approval. Pet Screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets. Service/companion animal registration is free.
